An organization’s culture is built around its processes, procedures and the employee behaviours that enable them. Yet the notion that ‘this is our way’ can sometimes hinder operations if left unchecked. How do organizations go about transforming the intangible elements of workplace culture – with the understanding that organizations do not change, people do?
Improving and reshaping the dynamics within a workplace is no small feat. It requires first understanding the organization’s cultural shortcomings, and then working intentionally to address them.
During this workshop, specific emphasis will be placed on understanding the principles of change management; change and the individual; change and the organisation; communication and engagement; and the various change practices utilized to deal with resistance.
