In my role at the BEC I interact with numerous employers, managers and supervisors providing advice on the most effective way to manage labour related issues in accordance with legislation.
Every day there are some employers who battle with the dilemma of trying to decipher what is a reasonably practicable solution to the risks posed by the hazards at their workplace. Some people believe that reasonably practical is calculated as a subjective analysis of the situation however; reasonably practicable is deciphered through an objective test.
In today’s business environment, writing is a normal part of the job, you may have to prepare a report, proposal, or even an article. But let’s face it, many of us fear writing, and are at a loss as to where to begin and what to say! Some may even ask what is so important about writing anyway.
