This Program examines the Safety & Health at Work Act 2005-12. SHaW 2005-12 with an emphasis on what is required for businesses to achieve and maintain compliance with the legislation. In general, the law imposes a range of duties of employers, the self-employed and employees as well as others such as designers, manufacturers or suppliers of articles and substances for use at work. Participants will be provided with information on the key provisions and regulations of SHaW 2005-12.
