Many managers and team leaders know that regardless of how talented individual team members are, an un-unified team often causes great losses in efficiency and effectiveness. This workshop is aimed at giving participants a deeper awareness and understanding of the underlying dynamics that often hamper corporate culture, with specific emphasis on the positive impact that strengths-based leadership can have.
