Any unwelcome or offensive behaviour which may contribute to a hostile or uncomfortable environment, constitutes harassment. To maintain a safe working environment, it is widely recognized that understanding harassment in governing the employment relationship is important.
This workshop will seek to inform employers of the various types of workplace harassment from physical to sexual; and further, it will outline proactive practices to manage and mitigate harassment at work – not only for employees but for all external customers and partners.
