Leave Management is a critical HR function, often consuming a significant portion of time in order to ensure compliance with leave policies and legislation. HR is also tasked with planning or coordinating additional resources to minimize the impact of one employee’s leave on the organization’s performance.
Considering that businesses have various kinds of leave, some more complex than others, this session will place emphasis on complex employee leave such as severance, which not only bear greater weight on following process but have implications for an organization’s limited resources.
