This Program examines the requirements for Joint Health and Safety Committees in recently proclaimed Safety & Health at Work Act 2005-12 (SHAW 2005-12). Much emphasis will be placed on equipping businesses to achieve and maintain effective safety committees whose members will execute the safety and health mandates of the organisation.
