Occasionally, employment issues are unnecessarily escalated due to a lack of proper handling at the enterprise level between management and employees. For this reason, the need to recruit or develop skilled personnel in the field of Industrial Relations, has become more prevalent. The reality is that leveraging the concepts of industrial relations allows both employers and employees to understand each other’s needs and concerns, thereby establishing and maintaining a more harmonious relationship.
The sessions within this 3-day workshop have therefore been designed to assist participants in developing their toolkit for managing the employment relationship.
