Human Resources (HR) plays a vital role in ensuring that an organization can not only attract, and hire; but develop and retain the talent it needs to achieve its goals. Often, new practitioners are overwhelmed with how best to navigate the various aspects of HR, especially to be compliant with local labour legislation.
The sessions within this 3-day program were therefore designed to provide foundational knowledge and skills to individuals who are new to the field of Human Resources (HR). Led by experienced HR practitioners who will share their expertise and insights, the program will cover the key concepts and best practices of HR, with a focus on practical application in the workplace.
