Any business built on a culture of trust will likely have an advantage over its competitors. Such companies attract the positive organizational outcomes that business strategists seek – high employee engagement, productivity, and performance. Despite this, many managers take for granted that good leadership starts with trust. This workshop is intended for emerging leaders and managers as well as leaders who want to change their employee culture. Participants will identify the various types of workplace behaviours that can be an indication of low trust and discover how to slowly, but intentionally transform organizational culture.
Participants will:
- Discuss why trust is difficult to attain and maintain.
- Highlight specific skills and tools needed to build trust within teams.
- Learn how high trust environments create the climate for change, innovation and creativity, and high performance.
- Build a strategy for a positive employee culture.
