The introduction of the Employment Rights Act has mandated that upon commencement of employment all employees must be issued with a written statement of particulars. This, more than ever, has increased the need for employers to ensure that the applicable type of contract is issued based on the employment classification. This workshop will seek to inform employers of the critical elements surrounding the different types of contracts to ensure compliance with legislation.
