HR metrics quantify the cost and the impact of employee programs and HR processes, and measure the success (or failure) of HR initiatives. They enable a company to track year-to year-trends and changes in these critical variables; ultimately providing useful information on the effectiveness of human resources which can then be used to inform policy positions, benefit packages and staffing levels.
This program is designed to expose individuals to the power of HR Metrics. Fundamental data analytic techniques, data interpretation and the basics of reporting data to decision makers will be covered as participants explore metrics in the areas of attendance, staffing and efficiency.
