This workshop is designed to prepare the management team for the introduction of the recently passed Employment Rights Act. Exposure to the contents of the Act will empower them to conduct discipline and equip them to make decisions that are in line with the Act and therefore reduce or prevent submissions to the Tribunal for adjudication.
