Our Officers
The BEC undertook a strategic planning exercise which resulted in the intentional decision to increase our cadre of skilled professionals in order to broaden our range of services. The Confederation has eight (8) employees with five (5) professionals, specializing in Human Resource Management; Training and Development; Occupational Health and Safety; Research; Industrial Relations; Caribbean/ National Vocational Qualifications and three (3) administrative team members to ensure that the needs of its members are adequately met.
