Managing a facility correctly can be a tedious task but it is important success within the company. Facilities Management must be assimilated into the company’s strategic plan as this function requires the executor to work with large sets of information and log compliancy information, asset maintenance information and every process through the facility management lifecycle. If these items are mismanaged it lends to deterioration of the people, the place, processes and ultimately profitability.

During this two-day course, we seek to highlight the true importance of Facilities Management. When a business is co-ordinating people, the health and safety responsibilities and general compliance with legal requirements, the personnel assigned to these matters must be completely ready to tackle any situation. By managing your facility you can properly co-ordinate the maintenance of assets and prolong the lifespan of components within your building or facility.
