Dealing with change, particularly, the impact of change should be a high priority for all organisations, for the mere fact that organisations do not change, people do. Change Management therefore, is the discipline that guides you in the areas of preparation, equipping and supporting individuals to successfully adopt change and consequently drive organisational success.
A thorough understanding and application of this discipline will allow any organisation to plan thoroughly before announcing any change efforts within the organisation. As one understands the basic principles in managing change and what triggers resistance, planning the change, that is how it is communicated, implemented, tracked and sustained, will prove to be more efficient and strategic to achieve the objectives of the organisation.
During this workshop, specific emphasis will be placed on understanding the principles of change management; change and the organisation; communication and engagement and the various change practices utilized to deal with resistance.
