"The Employers' Response"

Decriminalization of marijuana is where a loosening of criminal penalties imposed for personal marijuana use even though the manufacturing and sale of the substance remain illegal. 

Employers, we invite you to attend this session as there are concerns about how the decriminalization of the substance and the potential subsequent increased use will affect the workplace with respect to policies, recruitment, safety in the workplace and drug testing. These areas and more will all be robustly discussed by our presenters and panel of experienced professionals:
