In today’s business environment, for employers to communicate effectively with their subordinates they need to utilise both verbal and written communication. Unfortunately, many employers feel ill-equipped to handle difficult conversations and prepare important documents when the need arises. The use of ineffective communication and the inclusion of errors or omissions within important documents can result in negative consequences for the firm. However, adherence to proven formats can allow the practitioner to quickly bring both their communication and writing skills to a competent level.

During this workshop, specific emphasis will be placed on the clarity, precision, tone and content of communications. In so doing, providing the participant with the requisite knowledge and skill set, to meet his/her objectives for effective communication and by extension providing the company with a foundation on which its human resource and industrial relations management systems can be built or sustained.

2. All cancellations must be made in writing to the BEC within two business days prior to the training in order to receive a full refund.

3. Cancellations made within one business day prior to the session (the day before), 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.
