In today’s climate, businesses are forced to monitor their bottom line closely. While many concentrate on the means to earning more revenue, such as increasing production, increasing product prices and expanding product lines, ultimately one must also consider managing their cost. An organization's ability to meet strategic goals through its human resources relies heavily on its flexibility.
